The Chase House grounds have hosted many memorable and joyous weddings over the past 12 years. We strive to make your wedding the memorable and joyous event you and your family will long remember.
Choosing your location is a major step in your long planning process. To help you thru the beginning stages more quickly we are now suppling you with all of our basic information including our costs and our policies.

Wedding Fee Includes
Two night package   $5,000
Three night package $7,000

• Rental of 9 guest rooms for a minimum of two nights DBO
  
• Use of Reception room for rehearsal dinner or reception
  
• Use of grounds including cocktail area and ceremony location
  
• Elegant chair covers available at an addition cost
  
• Set up and clean up per use for rehearsal dinner, reception, or brunch. Each additional charge $100.00
  
• Co-ordination fee to cover organization thru supervision of the wedding weekend. (optional if desired) $500.00
  
• Room service charge 8% of room charges for lodging portion of package
  
• 8% New Hampshire room and meal tax for lodging guests
  
• Gratuity for your hosts is at your discretion
  

Food and Beverage Services

• Our caterer can provide you with a sit down or buffet style meal with options for Hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, soups, salad, main entree, coffee and desert. Subject to 8% meals tax and 18% gratuity
  
• Wine and Beer only are allowed and must be served by the caterer or our bartender
  
• Caterers list, florist, cake person, band and photographers made available after deposit has been paid
  
• You may choose an outside caterer, however we require an interview with them prior to our approval
  

Deposits/ Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: $1,000.00 non- refundable and non-transferable at time of securing the arrangements
  
• Second payment: Room deposit and security: $1,500.00 is due at signing of contract. This money transfers to a security deposit as your guests book their assigned rooms
  
• Third payment: 50% of estimated balance will be due three months before your wedding date
  
• Final payment: Due one week prior to your wedding date
  
• Security refunded within 14 days of your wedding after final inspection of all rooms and any additional charges have been handled
  
• All deposits must be made in the form of cash or check. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable

Room Requirements

• Check-in for all rooms is at 4:00 p.m. and ends at 9:30 p.m.
  
• Check-out all guest must be out of their rooms by 11:00 a.m. of the last morning of their stay. Late check-out is available at an extra charge of $25.00 per hour per room
  
• Client is responsible for any damages to the property and facilities of The Chase House Bed and Breakfast Inn
  
• Full country breakfast is included for lodging guests. Special diets are accommodated with sufficient advance notice. Breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m.
  

Restrictions

• No food or beverage may be brought into the guest rooms, all food and beverage must stay in reception areas
  
• Throwing of rice, bird seed, glitter, confetti, or bubbles is NOT permitted inside the premises. Throwing of bird seed and bubbles is permitted outdoors
  
• The Chase House Bed & Breakfast Inn is a non-smoking facility. This includes cigars, cigarettes and pipes. But guests may smoke outside
  
• Alcoholic beverages are regulated by the state of New Hampshire and it's liquor commission. The Chase House is responsible for the administration of these laws. Therefore, we reserve the right to stop serving any guest who appears intoxicated
  
• Anyone who appears to be younger than 21 years old must be able to show proof of age
  
• No personal liquor is allowed on the grounds or in any public area. Private bars in the guest rooms are not permitted
  
• The Chase House does not have a liquor license, so appropriate arrangements must be made
  
• A waiver of responsibility for the Inn's protection must be signed by you in regards to alcohol
  
• Children must be under direct supervision at all times
  
• Children under the age of 12 are allowed in rooms 26 only

Damage Deposit

• Client is responsible for any damages to the property and facilities
  
• Client is responsible for any damage to the Inn incurred by caterers, musicians or other vendors
  

Extra Charges

• Six hours is allocated for the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception
  
• Five hours is allocated for the reception and cocktail hour
  
• Extended hours will be charged at an hourly rate of $150.00 per hour
